Noob here, few questions regarding ringtones and ainimated GIFS

I just got the LG 8100 and I like everything about it except the crappy standared ring tones. I have BitPim and the USB cable but i'm having the hardest time just finding normal ringtones. I don't want MP3's, music, sound effects, just a normal ringers. I had a LG 6000 and that had some good ringers but like I said, I can't find any "normal" ringers. Does anyone have any sites they get them from that they can help me out? Thanks.

Also I was searching the thread of animated gifs. I downloaded a few but once I uploaded them to my phone via BitPim they were JPG's and there was no animation to them. Could someone tell me what I need to do to beable to have them animated on my phone? Thanks.
