We want to warn about do not flash different region firmware between Sharp3G Phones. By example, do not flash China firmwares to Japan or European phones because maybe it causes permanently damage the phones or needs more credits to flash back the right firmware for the right model.

For the moment no language change for Sharps, just firmware versions upgrade because not much packs available. Anyway a lot of resellers asked for the Sharp3G firmwares for repair damaged phones with other tools and upgade the phones as well.

About Sharps, every help page has been upgraded with very detailed information about every model. So when any customer selects Phone Brand and Model in the TOTAL MultiServer Software he/she can read in the message area very detailed and short steps and help about the selected model…

This help page is displayed just after select a Sharp3G model so nobody can say I didn’t read this or that… :-) Anyway customers first act and later read and cry, but say them there is perfect and cool information for every sharp model plus since long time ago there are more dedicated help pages for the phone models needs any specific info before do anything with them. By example, the most famous SonyEricssons have their own help page with flashing, repairing and unlocking tips and guides

Too we included a welcome page since long time ago and while software starts it is first page displayed in message area and it explains very helpful information which answer to the most frequently asked questions about compatible or supported cable in the TOTAL MultiServer and all models which TOTAL MultiServer supports but as we noticed many ppl still asking the questions which are explained there.

We have received a lot of emails and PMs regarding Sharp 903SH with Total MultiServer.

Here is the question that most people ask:

Q: Is this a fully unlock solutions?

A: The unlock is being done by partial and some smart tricks

According to the Total MultiServer Team, nobody can direct unlock these sharps….

AS WE STATED, this is the answer we got from Total MultiServer.

We think it is better to answer customers question than just ignore there questions, isn't it. Which one do you want?

When we answer the question, we still get the blame?

Seem like customer always right, isn't it acl88.

if you are answering the questions based on the answers from total multiserver WITHOUT THINKING FOR YOURSELF, then what? copy paste answer from total multiserver?

Either the customer is gonna think, TEST MODE (just with more words) or they will ask you again, "what are smart tricks" and then you will say "i don't know, this is the answer i get from TOTAL MULTISERVER"

Do you want someone to mislead you when they are selling the product? When we answer the question wrong, we get blame? When we answer the question according to the programmer, we get blame?

What else can we say?

What you should say is, "to the best of our knowledge, the results from Multiserver are no different from the test mode."

what it sounds like now is that you are misleading customers with fancy words.. sugar-coating your solution to be somewhat different than what already exists.

If you are a reseller of the solution provided by TotalMultiserver, then you shoud make it your responsiblity to ASK the TotalMultiServer team just what do they mean by SMART TRICKS and PARTIAL, and ask what is the basic end result and is it any different than the CURRENT UNLOCK solution. If they give you a more specific answer, this will only help you answer customer questions and further add value to your services.

I appreciate any info that you can get wyotin, but like acl88 is wondering, I'd also like a little bit more info on this, whenever you can get it. I have no clue what "partial" and "smart tricks" is supposed to mean.

I hear Timsta has full unlock now. Don't know how much he's charging, but that's what I've heard.
