i just got Lightwav..and ive made the personal ringtones so it could play particular songs, same for the known and unknown callers..well evrytime i call the reg treo ringtone plays and nun of my mp3 works..it worked once but it doesnt work anymore ive gone through the info that the program comes with but it doesnt say anything can anyone help thanks

Where are the Mp3 files stored?

Is Lightwav definetly enabled?

well yea def enabled,,my mp3s are in realplayer if thats wut u mean if not the sd card...

Do you have Pocket Tunes installed?

I meant what folder on you SD card? By default they need to be stored in a folder called "AUDIO" on the SD card.

oo yea i cant find it..its prob not installed ..i only have what came wiht the file..did i have to get that seperately..i have sumtin das named under mp3 player..also my grl jus called me her ringtone worked..but when i my lil bro calls or i call from my house it doesnt work

I was having the same problem but realized that I had not set the program up correctly

go to sounds and make the default ringer for sounds --> silent

open up lightwav --> choose Pref --> choose general --> choose enable lightwav --> choose ok

choose the ringtone option --> known caller ringtone --> choose edit --> select ringtone stored on sd card or default midi tones from phone --> ENABLE --> choose ok

it should work once you do those three steps (you will have to do step 3 for each ringtone option you want lightwav to manage)
