Loudest Phone Ring?

hey fellas..i'm looking for a phone with the loudest ring volume..going to add my father-in-law to my plan..right now we have a V551 and a v220..but they dont ring loud enough for him to hear properly.
also a phone with lights on the outside to show when its ringing and also a user freiendly keypad with slightly bigger keys might be better too.
it doesnt have to be a flip phone or have a camera etc.
Just a plain loudd phone
