COU lines region specific?

Hello all. I have been a longtime howardforums reader and I have finally decided to register and post. Anyway, I work for a Cingular Corporate store and I've been told that my region (southeast) is the only region that COU lines have unlimited everything (unlimited minutes, text, mms, internet, d/l of games and ringtones from cingular.com, etc.) I am just curious as to what other COU lines from other regions have that aren't unlimited.

No, not region specific. It is position and department specific though. Retail COU's are the only ones that get unlimited. And its not unlimited purchases, there's a cap, some of my co-workers hit the cap each month with MobiTV, MapQuest, and games...
