Moto RAZR V3 Ringtone ?

Good morning everyone. If this has already been asked, please forgive me. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to search. Anyway, I have a song in Windows Media Player format and want to convert it to a ringtone. My Moto Razr V3 came with a usb cable so I can connect it to my comp, however, I'm not sure what to do next. Do I need special software to make the conversion possible or is it even possible at all. Thanks for any help!!!!!

I just noticed there is an entire forum for ringtones. I have already posted this on the motorola forum but I thought some people here might be able to help out more. Thanks!!!
