Hey guys, I've been reading all about this and have already flashed my phone. Current statistics:

S/W Version
R374_G_0E.42.09R
Flex Version
GSMV3MXTMB01NA106
H/W Version
SJUG0161FA

But there are some features that I am missing (phone book multiple character search, and change amount of time for video recording). It is my understanding that only a flex can give me these features (not a flash). I know a lot of you get your flashes/flexes from motox.us, so my question is, can I flash my phone with a monster pack that says "stock" (meaning no specific provider), then that monster pack will give me the flex that I want, and then I could go back and get the latest flash that is T-mobile specific.

mainly, will the "stock' monster pack mess up my phone?

Dude...you got things kinda crossed up..

First...motox.us has the latest 42.0CR reflash file...
Multiletter search function and video is flash specific...but you have to change the search method in the phonebook to find. To do video...its all about seem/menu edits. read on.

Second...I personally would NOT use a monsterpack..you can seem edit all the mods for video rather easily once you research seem editing. You will also completely erase your phone memory...which means voice dials will all have to be readded and phone book entries (unless you have MPTools)...if you pick the wrong file ..you could lock your phone ...etc etc etc....People have used mp's and swear by them...others have not....mod it yourself IMO.
