Couldn't upload pictures - sanyo 5300

hello all, the last couple days, i tried to upload my pictures from my sanyo 5300 to my "pictures.sprint.com"... I got "error # 20, please wait a moment and try again"... and i tried to use the Web..and i got "network timeout". have anyone had these problem?.... Really pi$$.. now.
