Which flash sould I use on my V80

I heard that flashing the V80 will make the OS operate a lot smoother and faster. But of the files on this sits http://motoaide.com:8081/motorola/flash_flex/v80/
which one should I use to not **** up my phone.

And also I heard that flexing the V80 shouldn;t even be attempted because so many people have tried and their phone is now dead.

I also wonder, and I guess u will need a USB-cable for this thingie to work.. where do I find that... on radioshack? :P

USB cable? Motorola.com
