Hello to all,
I know my topic must get some of you angry 
(yes,yes I know my question is out of line) BUT... I don't want to know where it could be done or how it could be done , I just want to know if it's possible in general.
The reason I ask is because I want to buy it from England but it's locked to "Orange".I don't want to waste my money for nothing therefor I'm checking in advance.
