"Service Required" message on VX7000???

Ok, I haven't done ringtones in a while, but I'm getting tired of the ones I loaded on my phone a few months ago 
anyway, I used QPST to load some more, and deleted the others, well when it was transferring files I noticed the phone had a message that said "Service Required" After I loaded them, I rebooted the phone, looked for the ringtones on the phone, weren't there, however they show up on QPST even when I disconnect the phone and reconnect the phone. So they're there, just not showing up on the phone... what's the deal?
