I accidently pressed reset memory button under game menu..

I keeps on blinking with "Please Wait" sign.. and do nothing else..

I tried to take the battery out and memory card out,and I even let it on overnight, but no change T-T

worse thing is I can't contact with the seller.. What should I do??
