Resize Question

I recently added some Gif images to my 8100. But they dont seem to fit my screen (either of them) I used the windows powertool to resize the image to the specs of my external screen (for use as an animated wallpaper) but it still shows up the same size? Then I realized when I re-sized the image it does not seem to make much of a differance when viewing it on my computer either.... any ideas. Is there a better more proper way to re-size animated files?
Thanks

Ok I found a program to re-size my files. Im useing Ulead Gif Animator now.
New Problem, I've attempted about 15 times to get rid of all the outline when the Wallpaper is applied to the outside screen. Does anyone know exacty how many pixels the format is? I've tried several config's but cant find the perfect match I seem to always have white edges on both left and right side.
And is there anyway useing Ulead to edit all picture size's at once or am i forced to do them one by one.. getting time consuming..
Other programs and any advice is more then welcome!
Thanks,
Kindschi
