i have done a search did not find anything to help me.

when i connect my phone to the computer and open up bitpim my phone does not go into PC sync...the computer makes the noise recognizing the phone is there even though it does not show up in my computer. i have done this before but for some reason my phone will not connect via PC synce...i can get my pictures and stuff of the phone using bitpim but can not send anything to my phone

i am using a Sanyo VM-4500

any help would be great
i even looked on the bitpim site and found nothing...i had to install a sanyo driver though to have my computer recognize the phone though

I have the same issue. The disc I recieved dowloads a driver to make my phone a modem, but does not do anything for sounds or pics. Let me know if you get an answer for this.
