Need help buying 903SH from Japan or V903 from UK

I want to buy either version. The problem is I don't have any connection in either country to help me out. Does anyone has knows somebody in either country to buy the phone at the lowest price possible? I know there is the ebay route but shipping and duties would kill any deal. I am considering these two versions because the UK version can be fully unlock by code by Vodafone while the Jap version seems to be able to fully unlock bug-free as mentioned in another thread. I would greatly appreciated if someone can help me out.
