Hello every1....im fairly new to this site and I am going to purchase a SE s710a.

AFter reading reviews, I hear that the OS is slow on the SE and I was wondering how I would be able to fix that?

As well, how do i unbrand my phone?
And finally,if i purchase a data cable, would I be able to upload songs directly to the phone or do i need a special program?

Slow OS is a relative term. The only way to speed it up is to update (see this later). Otherwise, you kind just deal with it. I do not find it to be a problem, personally.
For unlocking, unbranding and firmware updating, I recommend THIS SITE . I get my stuff there and it works. I have the S710a.
You do not need a special program to upload songs. It will come with a CD and you can also try Floats Mobile Agent
