Hello all,

I'm running on a work deadline here so I'm desperately frustrated in need to find out the right steps to download a set of pictures from my camera phone. I've bought the data cable but not the software to run it since I was told I could find it for free online.

Apparently, I did find it (extracted a couple of zip files) but it didn't seem to load/run on my computer (bear with me, I'm new to usb drivers and photo downloading). If I run add hardware it says the device is already installed but has a problem...to reinstall it but after I try to do it it says that it wasn't found.

Please!!!! I need someone to please to show me how to do this...
