hi guys,

just registered though ive had my e398 since last year. when i first got the phone, i read countless forums on what to do, flexing and flashing, but im just too freakin chicken to try it coz i might kill my fone (weve been thru hell and highwater) and i just cant let her go. i know how to load games using midway and also load the phone with custom ringtones and muzik, but thats pretty much it im afraid....anyone who does flexing and such that you can recommend? ive read sho3y's monster upgrade to the i398 but i still cant understand half of what i have to do. call me stupid, but im just not techy enough for modding. i know squat about programming...help! thanks in advance!

you don't need programming knowledge to mod your phone. i have none, and i've flashed and flexed my phone countless times.

if you still dont get it AFTER reading that guide, i strongly recommend against doing it. that guide is simplicity at it's best.

get someone else to do it for you!

ps i am filipino but its really not like you are going to hear any different answers based on what youve said

I Think Most People Have More Than One Phone Jsut In Case .. But Eventually Dead Phone Comes Back To Life. Jsut Be Careful. Its Really Simple But If You Got Doubts Dont Do It..

thanks man! thats what i meant actually. i wrote the thread wrong. i really wanted to get the info face to face, bcoz its different when you actually see how its done. well, maybe its just me. and i only have one phone, so no fallback if ever i mess up. i meant no disrespect to non-filipinos who read the thread. help from all over is always welcome!
