8100 and 8300 data cable

I was shoping for a 8300 data cable and found an 8100 cable it will fit into the phone but will it work? Does it have the same pin layout?

The 8100, 8200, and 8300 cable is the same. I am using my 8100 cable on my new Sanyo 8300.
