Making My own Screensavers

hey... just got the Sanyo 4900... and maybe im being a bit too enthusiastic... but i wanna make my own animated screensavers...

i tried a gif.. but turns out i cant... so it looks like png is the way to go.. but i have no idea how those work.

i made a lil animation in flash mx and exported it as a png...
but all that did was save the thing frame by frame in individual numbered files (ie. ani000.png, ani001.png, ani002.png, etc.)

i tried converters.. but those pumped out the same.

i even tried uploading the individual files in hopes that the phone might somehow compile the files or something... no such luck.

so anyof you cell phone gurus out there have advice for this youngin' in the cell phone animation world?
