Volume increase

Is there any way that I can always have the speakerphone on with a v300 instead of just when the person you're calling answers, is there a way to turn it on before and how do I increase the volume of the speaker and ringer, 7 isn't loud enough, any help would be appreciated. thanks.

You can make your speaker phone louder by editing the gain_table.bin on your phone. If you dont know what im talking about your need to start reading here: http://xlr8.us/hofo the hack is offset 31 speakerphone volume (original setting: 01) I would recommend changing to 04. To answer your other question unfortunately not you have to connect on the V300 (all triplets phones that im aware of) to enable the speaker phone. If you are thinking about upgrading V551 and RAZR for example allow you to enable it prior to connection though lol.
