Opera version

I am downloading opera for the phone. I found 2 ways to download the program, one from SE web site, one from opera web site. Judging from the file name, looks like the one from SE web site is version 6.32 and the one from opera web site is 6.31. Isn't it strange that opera web site is offering an older version?

Maybe is it tuned up for SE models.
