Hello-I just bought a new sharp 903 sh,i do not know to make RINGTONE for my phone.PLEASE show me step by step...

Ok,
1. Find the song you like.
2. Cut out a part of the song you want to have on your phone. (Cannot be over 300kb) You have to use some sort of music editing program for this, I use Sound Forge 8.0.
3. If you used a music program to cut out the part of the song, you should have the option to save that section as a .wav file. If not, use this as your converter http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.html.
4. Once, you have this done, use this http://smaf-yamaha.com/tools/dl.php...ac42086ae04f14a to convert your .wav file to a .mmf file. Also, at the top of the Yamaha program, there is an option to change to MA-2, MA-3, and MA-5. I had to change it to MA-5 to get my ringtones to work on my phone, not a big problem though. Also, one you open your .wav file in the yamaha program, it asks you to convert it to something like 24000 Hz and Mono. So do that. Then, once that is all done, save your ringtone somewhere as a .mmf file. Hope this helps!

shorten the song with soundforge and convert to AAC using itunes, then 'trick' the phone by uploading a legal file. change the name of the illegal file to the name of the legal file and it will be used as the ringtone.
