Sanyo S103 Ringtones

1) I was told by SmarTone H.K. that the S103 can only accept DRM protected Ringtones. Does anyone know how I can make my ringtone DRM protected so that I can use it? 
2) From the factory, there are only 10 groups for the address book. For my business, I need 20+. Does anyone know of any software that I can download or a place to send my phone to that would add more group listings to my phone????
