V300 problems

Hi
I have a problem with a motorola V300, It starts up fine but then if I try to go into any of the menu's it freezes completely and will not respond at all.
Any help would be great.

Did anything happen to it lately (dropped/crushed/submerged in water/flashed/flexed/put in freezer)
