How can I change *.binfile to shx file ?

By using a program called FlashBackup by Random. You can download it from this web site
Click the "Create flash file" button, find your bin file, select the correct phone type, give it a name and press the create button.
Good luck
It would be best if you use FlashBackup to actually create the bin file.
