I am in the market for either an E398 or ROKR E1, the main points are I must be able to use the 850Mhz band but I do not need iTunes...so, after much serching and prodding I think that we should compile a final thread. A thread that says how to enable the 850Mhz band. There seem to be different opinions on Enabling the 850Mhz band from "No you cant" To "you can but you need such and such a file" Where everyone says a diffrent MP, Flash, flex or seem edit ...anyone care to make a crystal clear thread about this? Over all, there are ALLOT of threads on the E398 well over hundreds of pages in some threads, maybe we should start to compress the threads to make them easier to get through?

All you need to do is download PST and use MultiFlashFlex and flash R373 Enabler and you will have Quadband (850mhz). This can be found on munchenos esnips.com account i think. Heres the link:
