Problem after updateing firmware on V3 HELP from the PROS please

I just updated and now my phone starts up with flex error as the "greeting" when i turn on the phone... what can i do to resolve this ?

Here you go:

1. Use one of the p2k programs and delete the secure_pds_init file in the a/mobile/system/ directory of the phone.
2. BEFORE you restart the phone, go into the Settings>Personalize>Greeting menu and delete the startup message or change to something else if you'd like.
3. Then reboot the phone.
4. The key is to first delete that file, then change or delete the greeting msg, then restart.
5. The error message should be gone

IT WORKED YESSS, it just does not display my cell number anymore at start but i can live with that
