yes i'm a noob. but i've done searches and can't find what i'm looking for. i'm going to ask about ringtones but it's not one of those 100000 threads where somebody posts "i've got a phone now what do i do?". rather, i've got the data cable and mobile phone tools installed. i get the pic of my phone and i've figured out to go to "my studio" and then find the music. but here's where i get stuck. there are a couple of tabs under "melody files". when i click that and go to "my music", i see a couple of artists along with itunes. if i click on, say Lenny Kravita, i brings up another folder with the name of the album. then i click on it and it's blank. ??????
i would think that i'm doing something wrong but the next folder down under "my music" is Goo Goo Dolls and it works just fine. i can select the folder, then the album, then the track. why is it the only thing showing up?
