3rd party employee plan questions.

This is my current plan:

I'm eligible for upgrade and have a employee-type plan given to me by my indirect sales rep (I work for radio Shack/SC Kiosks [Sams Club Kiosks]). I want to get a refurb Treo 650 with my upgrade eligibility and keep the same plan.
I'm having trouble getting the upgrade on Cingular.com as every time I choose to upgrade my phone it's giving my this error:

When I called tele-sales they said they were getting the same error as I and to call back on Monday morning (what if all teh refurb 650's are gone by then?)
My co-worker went into a Cingular corporate store and upgraded his phone and kept the same plan as above, but when I called telesales yesterday, I was told I would have to change. I'm sure this is because they can't access the plan I currently has since my indirect sales rep from Cingular had to set it up.
Can any of you out there in my similar situation offer me any help?

Employee plans cannot be upgraded online, only at retail locations. Telesales cannot apply discount to the cost of phones. Same issue if you had a combined bill with Bellsouth or SBC. I know because I once tried and was advised it could not be done.
