Problem with Audiovox 8910

A customer recently purchased an Audiovox 8910 which came back today with an error that says "data is being restore...[4]" The phone itself was useless. She even wanted a picture she had taken earlier this week but I could not access anything. Has anyone had this problem with this model? This is the 2nd Audiovox return in a week.

The phone is complete crap. I might well have seen the same error when I worked at Alltel.

I came to this forum looking for info on the same problem. My mom's phone is doing the same thing. I guess it has to go back.

I always get the "data being restored" crap when I do alot of TXT's at once... it power cycles itself, and then works fine untill I do more TXT's...

(by alot of TXT's, I'm talking 20-30 in a 5min period)
