5135 won't answer with headset

Hey all...
I have a 5135 that doesn't seem to want to answer when I attach hands free device (trying a Jabra). Now it says that it is for a Samsung 2/25/35 but it works in so far as being able to speak and listen through the device. Problem is that it won't answer with the little button on the head set or even when the menu option is selected to "auto anser after 5 sec.". Do I need the actual 5135 head set? If so the Bell CSR is an absolute idiot because he screwed this up as well as giving me a Nokia car adapter...should pay their people to go to training.

ya dude, alot of the time the button will only work for the phone that you have... like for example, i can buy a LG handsfree and use it on my phone, however the button wont work..
