smt 5600 and MS Outlook sync - Tasks, Notes

Heard lots of good reviews about this phone and thinking about getting one. My main interest is to sync it with MS Outlook. Can anyone answer following questions?
1) Does it sync with Outlook's Notes & Tasks feature?
2) When sync'ing with Outlook Contacts, does it copy the note and activity section of the contacts?
