Last week I called in about my 6230 freezing up every 2 or 3 hours. At first I was offered the V551 or S66. After enough complaining and arguing, they offered the Black RAZR...So I finally brought up the Nokia 6682. The supervisor on the other end agreed and approved me for that model to be my replacement for my 6230. Today I called in and was told by a supervisor that the 6682 was not available for any type of XBM and that customers with the 6682 would receive a different model if an XBM was needed. I was then told that they could exchange my 6230 for an Audiovox 5600. Knowing that it was Windows mobile and that I wouldn't be receiving the 6682, I agreed and will receive it within 5 buisness days.

My question here is this:

How will that phone compare to my 6230? I use it primarily for the mp3 player, but have been kicking myself in the rear for getting rid of my Treo 650.
