Free Web Surfing on Treo 650?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I'm a newbie with the Treo 650. I used to own a Kyocera SE47 Slider under Verizon and there was a way to "wap program" my Slider to surf the web for free. Of course airtine charges applied but I was not paying for the data.

Is there a way to do this with the Treo?

Thanks and I really appreciate any responses.

Well I am in the market for a Treo 600 (cant afford the 650 and refuse to spend more than $300 on a phone) but my friend was telling that there is this program that you can download and it allows you to use Palms Wi-Fi card. From there you can use the internet whenever there is wireless around.

But you still need to buy a WiFi card/adapter, right?

Yes that was what SMR99Si was saying.
