Hello all,

Can someone pls advise how to do a soft reset with the 5600, and if by doing so if one will lose any the "built in" applications? For example, the datebook, media player, etc.

The only soft reset really is to remove and reset the battery, which loses no data. If you go to start menu, 9,9, acessories, clear storage, and hit 1234,
this will reset the phone to the original condition. Then you can active sync back everything but you pictures and personized ringtones.
