I downloaded MobiTv and it said the file was saved to the SD Card I have but now I dont know where I go to install it. I dont see any icons or anything. Any one help me?

I'd try re-downloading.
This time to RAM then install. Once it's installed move it to the card (if that's where you want to keep it.)

I tryed redownloading, but the download file it is downloading is say it is not a reconizable file or something, any suggestions?

Sounds very strange. It should be pretty straight forward.
Are you downloading the .prc file to your PC then hot syncing it to the Treo?
Have you ever installed an application to your Treo before?

No, I was downloading OTA.
