Hi. Just got my data cable. I downloaded the newest version of Bitpim (0.8.01) released on 11/08/05.

1. It loaded my pictures under their WALLPAPER tab. It also loaded my
videos from
the phone into that tab as well. The videos played but the sound was
distorted.

2. I have 9 ringtones in my phone. There are MIDI formats and M4A format
ringtones
in the phone. But only 1 ringtone was downloaded in to Bitpim. ?? The
one that
it loaded was a MIDI file, but there are more midi files there also that were
not loaded either?

3. I copied an M4A file into Bitpim and tried sending it to the phone and it
gave me an
exception error.

Are there any other softwares out there besides bitpim that I could try.

bitim will only transfer midi ringers under your "downloaded tones" section. the sound distortion is probably quick-time related. i downloaded the latest version and it fixed that. i dont know of any other free software that has similar features. imo bitpim is the best out there. you could try futuredial's "snap media". that looks half decent from what i see
