I never received my last commission check which I should have received this month and haven't gotten the cashout of my cingular reward points either. I left the company back in September..I called my comp manager but he isn't responding..

Anyone have any idea who else I could call? Anyone know the payroll phone number for Southern NJ?

I would call the manager of the store and tell him that you want the HR number, I hope that you get it all straight.

Yeah...definitely get ahold of HR for your commission. As far as your rewards points go, Cingular wouldn't let me have them I left. Good luck trying to get them though.

In many states the quickest approach is to call the state's labor department. They hate it when people don't get paid, and will send their pitbulls after your employer pronto.

From what I remember, the last commission check doesn't pay out for 180 days..

As for calling the state labor department, that should be a last resort. HR is usually the best option.

Reward points are forfeited if you leave the company. As far as the commision goes I would think you wouldn't get anything since you received a Ramp-Up when you first started with the company, if you were to receive anything I would think it would be the difference of the ramp up, however I am not sure about that.
