I crossed over to the other side.

Left Cingular call center and went to sales. Not gonna say where yet, (probably being paranoid) but I hope to make a lot of money.

Have fun lying to customers to get the sale to keep your stats up so we can tell customers, "I'm sorry...the info that sales rep gave you is incorrect...."

I had to do the same thing in care to keep my stats up and didn't get paid extra for meeting or exceeding.

The way I figure it is like this. I could sit on my arse all day and make 10.00 an hour or be able to do what I am good at and BS people all day and make alot more money. It's a tough job but someone has to do it. (just joking, well partially)

BTW I'm a policy whore so I won't intentionally mislead a customer. There is a difference between misleading and BSing.
