What exactly is supposed to happen when you click it? I've tried clicking it on two computers and both times, it just refreshes the same page... is there a special program I need?

No special program needed. I was just logged in a min ago and its working fine for me. I am on the prepaid plan and use http://login.sidekick.dngr.com/ to connect to the DI. Are you using that link?

If its refreashing the same mytmobile page whenever you click it... you need to call tmobile so they can fix it for you.... shouldnt take more than 5 mins.... just tell them exactly what happens.

try deleting all of your cookies and clearing your cache. That normally fixes the problem for me.
