Has anyone else experienced this problem this is the second one the store keeps giving me a replacements but if it going to keep happening I may switch to something else any help would be greatly appreciated

ya i had this problem with 3 diffrent ones i got fed up and got a diffrent phone treo. there is a fix but you have to open the phone,and you void the warranty. some one else said you can use a vaccum to suck it out through the power button. good luck trying

I've had 2 smt5600's for a month, no dust yet.

I don't see why everybody is so scared of taking their phones apart; this is a really easy fix. You just tear the sucker apart with a T5 screwdriver and put double sided tape around the display and that fixes it for good.

Maybe because it's an unathorized mod on a not-inexpensive phone that voids the warranty?

Having said that, my screen is completely dust free, without needing a mod.
