I just got my w800i 2 days ago

I really love the walkman and the camera but 1 thing that was kinda bugging me was the video playback. I had the D500 before and the video playback on that was kinda smooth. The w800i plays the video very blocky at parts but than it becomes unbelievably clear at other parts.
I read somewhere here that there was an update from SE that can smooth out the videos and improve the camera. I found the software update at SE but can't download it. Has anyone updated theirs? any problems? Oh and does your picture have like little dots when u view on ur comp?
