NEW verizon 8910 problem...

Hey all... anyone get a NEW 8910 from verizon lately?
I had to get a new phone, mine quit reciving signal... so I backed up everything (thank god for QPST, haha), and took my phone in...
Come home, put everything back on (ringers, pictures, phonebook)...
Now, when I try to access my phone via QPST, either up or download, I get error "65535 Unknown Error"!
I need to get some of my camera pic's off! Not sure what to do?! Can anyone help?
I've tried all the basics, reinstall QPST, change COM ports... nothing!
