Ianywhere Pylon Conduit

Does anyone here use Pylon to sync their palm device with Lotus Notes? We use it at work and I'm having an issue with calendar entries duplicating on the device and the CPU when sycned. The device is a Palm Zire 72s and the CPU is an IBM Thinkpad R51. Any help is appreciated.
