Hello all, is there any way Treo 650 owners can open attatchments on our phones, is this another issue of looking for a software, if so, which one? Thank you all in advance.

Many e-mail applications do it.
Chatter Mail & Snapper both have the ability to open attachments.

I have been able to open up most attachments using VersaMail if they are relatively small.

What kind of attachments?

Mostly pictures and documents.
