my brother has a MM 7400 but it wont save any type of media, anytime you try to take a picture or video and try to save it it just turns off and on again. Also when you download a ringtone and try to hear it it turns off then back on and the ringtone wont be saved, I wanted to know if this is related to the settings or if its just a problem with the phone, thanx

Welcome to the widespread problem and good luck getting a 7400 replacement, they will want to give you a 8300.

i got my phone in febuary of last year along with a warranty(thank God)..so i was having the same problems u were...taking a picture then it would shut off..but this time it wouldn't cut back on...i was in the middle of manhatten..i'm was visiting from chicago..and i didn't know where the hell i was going...after crying for like 10 minutes...i got it together...this happened in august...it went to the sprint store 4 times before they gave me another phone...now i'm having the same problem..this time when i open my phone and try to make a call..it turns off...i'm so frustrated..nowi have to go through this wholeprocess again!!!
