battery problem on w800i

i think i have a problem with the battery of my phone....on the screen of my phone the battery level is always full but when i go to the menu and the phone status the battery level is at ie. 75%....so i restarted the phone and the battery pic is about where 75% should be but then the pic on the screen would jump back up to full....
does anyone know what's wrong with it or has anyone experienced this before?? it doesnt really bother me cuz i can always check on the phone status for battery level but i would like to know what is wrong with it.
