Does anyone know how to put movies and or video clips into the phone. When i blue tooth a clip over to the phone, it will not allow me to play it. I can't find anywhere in the instructions on how to get the movies or clips to play and my phone rep knows nothing. I've been waiting to use this feature for six months.

i dont think this phone comes with a media player for things such as that.. i tried once.. if anyone knows where to get a media player for our phones please post it up!

i'm not sure, i haven't tried it yet, but i think you first have to convert the media file to the type the phone uses (.3gp). then make sure its in the videos folder on the phone. I use 'ImTOO 3GP Video Converter'.

Yep you can't play regular media file such as *.avi, mpg and etc... except for *.3gp. So you should try to download convert software for avi, mpg or what ever your format is then convert them to *.3gp. Afterward just send it to your phone and play it, and it should work. I think the convert software that work with most media format are "Total Video Converter". Good luck

The s710a plays *.3gp, and mpeg4(i will have to confirm mpeg4)
I recommend using IMTOO or XILISOFT (same program two titles).
I find the easiest way to transfer any files is with the memory stick, provided your pc has a sony ms slot.
Depending which format you choose to use mpeg4 for quality or *.3gp for quantity.
