Q about refurb Treo...

What exactly does Cingular mean by refurb? This deal has me thinking... however I don't want to end up with a "scratch 'n dent" unit. Are these phones in new housings? How will the screen condition be? Thanks!

I have one and from all the other posts across several forums I understand them to be as close to new as you can get. Mine hase zero blemishes and all come with a 1 year warranty.
Most have some minutes on their call timer, but I can't say that it really matters. I certainly am happy with mine. Perfect screen and case.
